Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

History

Phi Delta Epsilon is proud to partner with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals have a profound impact worldwide. Each year, they treat over 17 million children for all kinds of diseases and injuries.

FL Zeta's local partner is Shand's Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. We send all our proceeds from our philanthropy events to Shand's Hospital and tour there every semester with our members. In the Spring 2023 semester our chapter raised a total of $10,790.91 for Shand's Hospital.

Stand for the Kids

Every year in October, Phi Delta Epsilon holds its international philanthropy day, Stand for the Kids. On this day, all chapters host a philanthropy event to raise awareness and funds to support their local hospitals.

In 2022, FL Zeta hosted a fun, outdoor philanthropy festival that raised $6,734 from ticket sales and donations. All of our proceeds went to Shand's Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
