Recruitment Process
Applications
Phi Delta Epsilon FL Zeta is a medical fraternity strictly for pre-med students. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pre-PA, pre-dentist, pre-vet, or pre-nursing students. However, if you are a pre-med student looking to find guidance, life-long friendships, and a lot of fun, we encourage you to apply!

*Note: All recruitment events (Mixers, Social, Invitational, and Interviews) are mandatory to be eligible for membership.
Mixers
The mixers are a fun way for Potential New Members (PNM’s) to mingle with current members of the fraternity. PNM’s will get an inside look at what being a member of PhiDE is truly about. Specifically, they will learn about committees and the role they play in fraternity life.
Attire: Casual

Recruitment Day 1: Tuesday 1.20.26 7:00pm HCB 102

Social
While the mixers are a more professional way to mingle with our members, the social event is a nice way for each of the PNM’s to meet the fun side of the fraternity. PNM’s have the opportunity to enjoy food and games, while beginning to form friendships with current members.
Recruitment Day 2: Thursday 1.22.26 7:00pm HCB 102

Coffee Chats (*Optional*): Saturday 1.24.26 9am-2 pm Union Piano Floor

Invitational
The Invitational event is a special way for PNM’s to start finding their place in the fraternity. They will learn about our fraternity motto and values, understand what PhiDE FL Zeta strives to achieve at FSU, and what we hope to accomplish in the Tallahassee community.

Attire: Casual

Invitational: Monday 1.26.26 7:00pm HCB 101

Interviews
This is the final step in the recruitment process. Interviews will be 15 minutes in length and held by members of our Executive Board.

Attire: Business Professional
*Note: Remember to bring an unofficial copy of your transcript to your interview.

Interviews: Friday-Sunday 1.30.26-2.1.26
(Invitations will contain more details regarding the interview)
Acceptances
Acceptances will be sent out the week after interviews. They will contain all the exciting details of what is next to come!
